Recover the Lost Knowledge
These images are part of the latest Meth Project campaign, destined to draw attention on the negative effects of methamphetamine usage. To be perfectly honest with you, I did not know methamphetamine could change an individual in such a way in which you do not recognize him in two years. I’ve done a little bit of research and I’ve seen some before and after pictures and was absolutely terrified. The worst thing is that meth becomes addictive only after consuming it just once. That’s why the slogan of this campaign is Meth - Not Even Once. I find this campaign very useful and I find the prints very well done.
I’m also going to post a video of before and after images for you to see what I mean by drastic changes. Here it is:

Just have a look at Amy Winehouse…she’s on meth, or so the papers say, but I bet she is because she has changed so much.

Well, it starts with bad trips, then flash backs for a few months…then all my frinds telling me i start to behave weird…and weirder…and after some time, there comes psychosis…and then schizophrenia is fuly installed….at least that`s what happened to me…lost job, friends, moved back with parents, depression for years, pills that make you a fat ugly vegetable, no drive, no feelings, no emotions, you`re just a sick carcass that walks around al day long trying to figure out what really happened to you…

Umh…and you’re clean now? I’m not very documented on this matter, but I’ve heard LSD is on the same level of danger as heroin and coca.
Offtopic: just a few days ago I was reading about the LSD inventor…he died at 102. Life can be such a bitch, right? So many suffer from his invention and yet he dies at 102.

Yep, but funny, after all, i still think there`s a healing process involved here…he still cured manic-depressives and alcoholics with just one dose of LSD…maybe the organic drug that the LSD emulates, the famous “peyote” that amerindians used to take for milleniums is something more than just a “recreational” thing…i donno…

@ Beetle: Schizoboy is right here. If Albert Hofman invented LSD (btw, by accident), he invented it for good purposes, he didn’t sell it to you on the streets. Let’s get serious. If meth is used to cure something else, why do people take it just like that? It’s a matter of individual choice. Don’t blame the weatherman

@Dariana: I know, Dari. We must not blame the inventor…I was just saying life has a lor of humor, that’s all, I’m aware of the benefits active substances in various pills/drugs etc have. Yes, It is a matter of individual choice.
@Schizoboy: congratulations, not a lot of people come to take the entire healing process and fail at a certain point.
