What in the world is the big deal about Rihanna tattooing some dude in a certain tattoo saloon? I mean was it really necessary for the police to investigate why she did this, when the dude himself agreed to and was aware of what could happen if a non-professional would tattoo him?

Hellooooo! Dude did something spontaneous, he decided to have Rihanna tattoo him! Dooooh! I would probably (not in a million years!) have done the same thing if I had like a dozen other tatooes and Rihanna showed herslef willing! Haha!

Besides, I am a Miami Ink and LA Ink fan. Why didn’t Chris Nunez’s mom get investigated when she tattooed Chris? Huh? Why?
