learner-driver.jpgOk….I’m still studying for my driving license. I’m taking tests right now. Check this question out:

What are the driver’s obligations when he encounters another driver with a broken down vehicle?

a) to trail him to the nearest place where he can adjust his car;

b) to offer him technical support in order to mend his car;

c) to help him get the car out of the traffic road.

Correct answer - c). Pretty logical, you must eliminate the obstacle from the road.

Right…so I should understand that if I’m driving on a road, minding my own damn business and I see a dude with a broken down car, I am supposed to get out of my car and help the dude get his car out of the road?!? That would be my obligation! Now pardon me if I might sound as lacking solidarity…but if I’m alone in the car, I WOULD NOT DO THAT! What if the dude is a thief or a criminal, man? What if I’m getting out of the car and he hits me or something…what if his car is not actually broken, but he just did that to make me get out of my car? What if he intends to steal my car? How can I know he’s not going to do any of the above mentioned? Who guarantees me that? But hey…I’m obliged to help him!!! By law!!!

Well, I will give a correct answer to my test, but I won’t actually do that in real life! I would only help him if I’m with someone else or I would just ask what’s going on and just call whomever he wants or something. Shiiiish!
