So today we celebrate the 40 Mucenici ( the 40 Martyrs - All Saints Day in the US) and there are at least two traditions related to this day: women cook Sfinţi (Saints) and brânzoaice (something ten times better than cheese cakes :P ) - see photo - and men drink 40 glasses of wine. We’re a happy crowd around here, aye?
