Recover the Lost Knowledge
Just when you think the young generation is totally lost, there appear some examples which prove me I’m not that right when I say youngsters have forgotten any sense of real values. I’m not that old and yet I start feeling a wide gap between me, a 26er, and the 17-21ers. I see those ones so confuse and lost in space, showing so much lack of awareness that I wouldn’t give them a chance. And yet, I appreciate when adolescents find things they like, and grab them in such a way that they transform passions in real, palpable sensations, fulfilling both themselves and the others with a sense of…content. Some are good with writing, some are good with singing, some are good with dancing. But all of them are dedicated to something in life and this is what counts with human beings. THE PURPOSE.
For example, what’s your opinion on these guys? Do you see any trace of art in what they do? They’re the Jabbawokeez and they’re contestants in a group dance competition.
Me, I see more than just a trace of art. I see discipline, hard work and commitment. Things not very commonly encountered among the youth.

I LOVE Jabbawockeez and I hope they win! I’m sure they will, of course! Have you seen their workshops?

It’s actually Jabb-a-wock-eez. Anyway, They’re the best. We should know the winner of the contest on the 27th.

Jabbas are ok, but there are many groups (they call themselves crews actually) that are good. Status Quo are veeery good, They might actually win because they have more variety.

All the dance crews on that show have talent, unfortunately there can only be “one” winner. I am very psyched that Jabb-a-wock-eez won the title, but it should have been both Jabb-a-wock-eez and Kabba Modern in the finale instead of SQ and Jabba.

Hey, carrot! I agree that Kabba Modern were good also, but let’s give some credit to the Squad as well, because I think they were really really creative.
