You see I have this problem with the women in this world, especially those who are addicted to Sex and the City. Why on earth would you want to follow “the sacred” rules of the four heroins of this series? What on earth could they possibly teach me as a (sane) woman, both in the movie and in real life?

How to dress to impress a la Sarah Jessica Parker? Thanks, I will pass that!

How to act like a respectable woman? I dunno who has the power to teach me that (probably ME), but definitely not Sex and the City. Oh, I know….how to become more intelligent, just like Kim Cattrall teaches you!

How to make an ass out of yourself? For sure! Kirstin Davis knows it best!

How to make good choices in life, how to become an example to the viewers. Hyeah, some other time maybe! Cynthia Nixon and girlfriend (yes, in THAT way!) Christine Marinoni. I might sound bitchy but there is something really wrong about this…couple.

There’s something about that Kim Cattrall that I hate indescribably much. She’s not sexy, she’s vulgar! I hate a vulgar woman!

@Nimph - lol you have to be joking. Kim Cattrall is not sexi? Gimme a break will ya. I’ve watched Sex and the City (like many men on this planet) especially to see “what Kim will do in the episode!!!”. I mean i understand the “oh look that ugly is fatter than me” or “my breast is bigger than that one” or “what is she wearing…” but just dont say Kim is not sexi!

Well, the thing with Sex and the City is that it is a good series, somewhat funny and all. But when people confuse fiction with reality and we hear things like “I have to dress like SJP because she’s a fashion icon” or “I have to read Kim’s book because Kim’s an expert” and so on and so forth…I am entitled to say I learn NOTHING from watching it.
I assumed you were a man There’s a difference between watching it because your you know what area suddenly gets warm at the sight of Kim and saying Kim is a sexy woman.

Actually, there might be people like me that watch it just for laughs. It’s definitely not educational in any way, shape, or form for any respectable woman…not to mention fashion tips from Carrie. My Gah! I don’t mind her in real life, but in the show, not only that she looks like crap, but her fashion sense is really, really screwed up…accentuating her ‘manly’ features. And yes, the ‘red-head couple’ looks really ‘wrong.’

@ former neighbour: just because men watch Sex and the City to see Kim, this doesn’t make either the character, not the actor sexy. On the contrary: she embodies a tramp for cryin’ out loud!
